On Wednesday 2 September 2020 from 3.30pm-5.30pm, we are holding our very first virtual Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Due to the Coronavirus situation, we have moved our AGM to an on-line format for the very first time this year, in order to keep everyone safe and observe safe social distancing.
The AGM is an important opportunity to take stock, reflect and celebrate our achievements over the past financial year (April 2019 – March 2020). It is also your opportunity to listen to a wide range of speakers give their views on working in partnership with the CCG and ask any questions you may have. You can read all about the past year in our Annual Report
In order to help us prepare for the Question and Answer session, please can you submit any questions by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org using the subject title ‘AGM Question‘.
You can also write to the CCG and submit a written question by letter, again clearly marking the envelope ‘AGM Question‘ and sending it to: NHS Doncaster CCG, Sovereign House, Heavens Walk, Doncaster, South Yorkshire, DN4 5HZ.
Alternatively, you can telephone us on (01302) 566300 and ask your question over the telephone.
Our marketplace will also be online this year and we hope you will enjoy visiting and finding out details about the work of our partners and providers. Further details and a link to this will be available at the end of August.
To join the AGM live online on Wednesday 2 September, please click this link.
Before the meeting, you will need to download Microsoft Teams – this short, handy guide will help you through this process.
Please join and be ready at 3.30pm prompt on 2 September for what promises to be a very interesting afternoon.
