Free Mental Health Apps for NHS Workers

NHS staff have been given free access to a number of wellbeing apps from now until the end of December 2020 to support their mental health and wellbeing during the COVID-19 outbreak.

NHS England and NHS Improvement have worked with a variety of app providers to waive costs for the NHS workforce who are dealing with the unprecedented challenges of the pandemic

Equoo

Conquer Anxiety with eQuoo, your Evidence-Based Game that combines the best of mental health and play.
