Doncaster Children and Young People’s Emotional Health and Well-being Local Transformation Plan published

What is a Local Transformation Plan and why do we need it?

Every area in England has its own Local Transformation Plan.
You will usually hear people call it a LTP.

An LTP is a government plan that describes how areas can work
together to improve how children and young people get and
receive support for their emotional well-being.

Making sure children and young people have a say in decisions
that affect them is also an important part of the plan.

Each LTP contains budgets for spending on emotional well-being
in the local area.

Doncaster Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is responsible
for sharing the LTP in the Doncaster area, working closely with Doncaster Council, Doncaster Children’s Services Trust and other health and care organisations.
