At Doncaster CCG, we are keen to hear from as many people as possible as to what they think of health and care services in Doncaster.
As a commissioner of services, we work with local organisations and providers in Doncaster to ensure that health and care services meet the needs of local people, in ways they want to access and receive services.
Whilst this isn’t always possible for every individual, we are committed to looking at ways to improve patient outcomes and experiences.
One of our latest engagement activities we have led jointly with Doncaster Council is to seek people’s views and thoughts on our intentions to provide health and care services jointly. This important feedback will help us shape local health and social care priorities moving forward and also ensure that we align our activities with the recently published NHS Long Term Plan.
You can watch a short video of below which describes some of our intentions to provide health and social care services jointly. The video is taken from one of the engagement sessions held at Bentley Library.
We have also co-produced an easy read version of the joint health and social care commissioning strategy vision with Choice for All Doncaster. This can be viewed here.
We are always keen to hear your views; either share them here as a comment or send us a direct email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
